Payment Policy
Regular lesson consistency is very important for developing musicianship, therefore, our payment system works in tandem with students maintaining regular attendance.
Tuition is paid for monthly on the same date you register. Monthly tuition is set up through an automated system to be paid on the same date of every month. Registration must be set up at least one week (7 days) before first lesson. Once you have registered, your private lesson schedule (day & time) is arranged and reserved. We only arrange and reserve time slots once you are registered. Missed Private Lessons - If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of a missed private lesson, we arrange a make up lesson. We do not, under any circumstance, give refunds for any missed lessons. We do not do make ups for missed group lessons.
Although there is no 3 or 6 month minimum contract for lessons, we ask that everyone finish the month of their newest paid tuition. Example - if you paid on the 3rd of October and you find you need to stop after you paid, your lesson schedule will continue and end on November 3rd and we will cancel your tuition so that you don't pay on November 3rd. If you want us to cancel your tuition, please let us know a minimum of 2 weeks before your next tuition date.

There are two payment options available. Both payment methods are very safe and secure. One option is to set up an automatic monthly payment with your credit/debit card or checking account by electronic payment. This is set up through Kelly’s Music & More and is a free service to you.
The other option is to use your bank’s online bill payer system to automatically generate a monthly online payment to our account, issued on the same date of every month. A few of our customers use the bill payer system and it is very efficient and convenient. You must contact your bank to inquire about their bill payer system service. We will only accept this payment method once we receive the first payment with an receipt of the monthly plan. All payments should be made out to Kelly’s Music & More.
